Before You Apply

Before applying: applicants must meet minimum screening standards—minimum credit score 650, income equal to 3× the monthly rent (documented by paystubs or a job offer), and positive rental history. Cosigners are allowed under stricter income and credit requirements. No elevator access in the building.
